Memeo - Complete Lack of Customer Service

For well over a year know, any time I run "Memeo Backup" to back up my hard drives, I get an error messages. Despite reporting this problem to Memeo at least 10 times, I have not received any e-mail reply, nor have I figured out a way to contact a human their "Customer Service".

This essentially means they have NO real Customer Service.

If a company can't resolve a customer's concerns about its product, then any potential customer needs to keep this in mind if they consider buying their product.
