CONNECTICUT -- Sprint is absolutely ridiculous, charging an arm and a leg for poor cell phone reception and faulty equipment. Never have I dealt with such a company that puts the customer last. They are quick to take your money and slow to fix any issues that may come up with the products. Even with paying for the so called insurance the problems just keep piling up. So please don't get fooled by this ungrateful company.
