Aflac - Ripoff
Claim - Complaint

MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE -- I had a back injury at work, ended up with 4 ruptured disc. Had to have surgery, had Steel rods and screws put in my back from L1 to S1.
I had a accidental policy. Aflac denied me cause they say there was no accident. Now I am disabled since February 2011. Was making 65k a yr. Doctor bills out of this world, paid Aflac monthly for 2 yrs.
They could care less about you after they sign you up. Plus I got a lot of my employees to sign up also. This company needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!

Have you filed a worker's compensation claim? On the job injuries, most certainly, should be covered under workers compensation statutes.

And once you do file that claim, you could probably use that claim to file an appeal with Aflac.
