Capital One Banking - Unable to resolve issue after 6 weeks with new card
Visa - Complaint
My wife has a Visa card with CapitalOne and she is relatively happy with it. I obtained a Visa card in my name 6 weeks ago and I have not been able to get "alerts". I talked to several customer service reps. One said it was my internet service provider. It was not. Just to be sure, I switched to a different email and I still can't get my alerts. Last time I talked to 2 reps., they hung up on me.
Now I finally talked to someone last week who said she could not do anything for me but would send a "ticket" to the alert department, so they can look into it. As of today, I have not been contacted.
I must have spent about 2 hrs on the phone trying to get this resolved and no results after 6 weeks. I am ready to give up and switch to a different bank.
