LAS VEGAS, NEVADA -- Waited too long in line then after refusing the insurance 4 times the sales representative said my insurance would not likely cover their car, add $100 to the price of a $69 rental, rip off. Called customer service to be put on eternal hold, so I drove to their site which is not with all of the other car rental companies in the airport, another hassle to wait in line with a bunch of people that were not happy to be waiting so long to get their cars. Pay the extra it will save you in the long run.
