Safeco/Argus - To fraud or not to fraud

ELLENSBURG, WASHINGTON -- We have been a victim of Safeco homeowners insurance our home went through the Tayor bridge fire in Washington state. They ask us for bids to get a ball park on the cost, so we did that. The inside of our home including outside paint was $22,000 this does not include the trees or shrubs. This also dos not include our roof and windows. So far we have complained three times and not one return phone call. Safeco has paid out to us a total of $6700 it took 4 weeks to get a guy to come out and look at our damage in the meantime we had to live in our house with our 6 yr. old son they did not look at windows roof our 1st check $3700 the people we 1st spoke with our no longer with us. One has left the company the other has been removed from our case we have put out on top of the $6700 another $5000 the damage to our home is great and we may have to walk from our home of 22yrs. because not many people will buy a house to tear it down and put up a new one.

Ps the fire line was cut through the center of my house.
