FORT WORTH, TEXAS -- Had a two year contract with T-Mobile and the signal always was horrible especially in my home and place of business but I figured they'd get more towers up in time so I'd just deal with it. When my contract was up for an upgrade I went to get it. I picked a phone with a $200 mail in rebate as long as a new 2 year contract was signed, which I did after paying an early termination fee for starting a new contract with 30 days left on the original one.
After three months and three denials of my rebate I cancelled service altogether and was hit with over $800 worth of garbage fees. All because of denying the rebate and stringing me along just long enough to ensure I couldn't terminate my new contract without being raped is why I want to see nothing less than the absolute worse outcome for all of T-mobile and if that happens I'll gladly spit on the graves.
