Don't Go There...Hughes Net Sucks

GERMANTOWN, MARYLAND -- If you are thinking of trying Hughes Net satellite, DONT Do It.. They are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They have this all hyped up as being faster and better. It is not faster. And it is not better. the service is terrible. I signed up 1/11/2013 and it has already been down 4 days out of that time. When I tried to call and get back online the tech support person was an idiot. I know more then he did. I wish I had read all of the bad reviews on this company before I signed up. Now I am trying to get it canceled and can not get through to them. they keep cutting me off. I have been on the phone for 3 hours. and I still have not gotten through.
