Lowes - Worst service in the world

Bosch Dishwasher - Complaint

JOHNSTOWN, PENNSYLVANIA -- I purchased an expensive Bosch dishwasher at Lowes and in no time the circuit board broke. Lowes told me it's not their problem to call Bosch they didn't build it. I called Bosch and they said it's covered under warranty but there is no one that could fix it around here but Thomas Appliance and he's had his phone of the hook since 1978 because we called all day and night and got a busy signal. 15 weeks later still no help from Lowes or Bosch.

I had a lot of dishes to handwash over the holidays thanks to Lowes service. Lowes is the worst place to buy an appliance unless it never breaks, because they sure don't have any service and then they try to sell you the rip off extended warranty on top of the regular one that don't even get honored.

I don't understand why you blame Lowes, and not Bosch. When you say "in no time" I assume that does not mean the first week, and probably not the first month. This is a warranty issue and is between you and Bosch.

As for the appliance guy, he's likely on the road all day and hard to reach. Try him in the early evening. And contact Bosch customer relations and see if they can't get someone else out to help you.
