SHELBY, NORTH CAROLINA -- Applied for service in July and service was installed. Company representative assured me that my bill would remain at set amount for term of the contract. Three months later bill went up and I called. They reduced the amount and gave me a refund credit. Again in the next 3 months they bill almost doubled in price.
I called and all they would offer was a $5 credit. I informed the representative I was talking to that I would terminate paying authorization with my credit card company if they would not correct the situation and the representative said again they would give me a $5 credit. I ended the call and terminated the payment from my credit card and now have cable service.
Please do not do business with this company they are void of any sound business practices all you can expect is deceit and untruths along with over charging.
