Bosch Appliances - Bosch Customer Service is inept

IRVINE, CALIFORNIA -- I purchased a microwave that had a defective facia panel. I asked for help and received none. Here's what you need to do to work for Bosch Customer Service:

1) Show no empathy or understanding regarding the problem
2) Don't try to ascertain what the problem is
3) Explain the the product is out of warranty.
4) Suggest that the customer call a certified repair person.

I urge everyone not to purchase a Bosch.

#3 is very important. Is this microwave under warranty? When was it purchased?
