LANGHORNE, PENNSYLVANIA -- Ive already emailed my complaint yesterday I am waiting on a response they emailed back that they received it so I want to know what do they plan on doing about it. But just in case you didn't get it Ill tell you what the problem is... I brought a tan down Calvin coat last year actually didn't start wearing it until this year but it got dirty especially on sleve wanted to wash it followed this proper washing instrustions and tore my hood on the inside in two places the second issue is that it was still dirty its a beautiful tan color but seems like after I washed it made sleve dirty at the botton of it I mean its worst and it wasn't any particular special dirt from somewhere strange its just dirt because of color maybe. In any event I paid a lot for the coat I haven't worn it very much at all and I love Macys I shop there very regulary especially for me and my grandbaby Maia. So please let me know how an how soon you can resolve my issue for me I love my coat and would definitely buy it again. THank you Holly Hughes very faithful Macys and Calvin Klein shopper

What is it that you think Macys should do for you? You bought coast last year Macy's didn't make the coat they sold it..

You need to go to your nearest Macy's. If the coat is truly defective, take the coat and your receipt in and they will refund their money. They do not have a time period for returns on most items. They can also look up receipts from the last 2 years.

Washing a down garment is tricky. Did you use a machine without a center spindle? This is the recommended method, as well as using a down detergent. Dry cleaning is best.
