Key Bank - Had It With Fees
ALBANY, OREGON -- I've had a Key Bank checking account for 20 years. Five years into it a Key Bank employee started using a dormant Keybank credit card I had for there personal use. After I cleared up that mess I tried to remove a person from my account that I had once added as an authorized user. The bank said I needed the users permission to remove the person. After an absolute fit and working my way to the manager I was able to remove the user since it was MY account. Now 20 years down the road they have decided to start charging fees for every little thing. My favorite is credit reserve which I opened to cover any accidental overdrafts...that's the point right? So now the credit reserve (overdraft protection) has a $10 fee is there is an overdraft...but not if you advance the funds before the overdraft happens? What is the point? If I knew the overdraft was going to happen I would transfer money from another account to cover it! This is the worst bank ever, and I'm tired of being slowly robbed, of my time to fix your dysfunctional problems, and of my hard earned money. Good Bye Key Bank...Hello credit union!
