BFG Technologies, Inc. Complaint - The ultimate mediocrity

This is an update from previous compliant. It is surprising the levels of mediocrity found in the company.

After several complaints/message boards negative reviews, I recived (at last) the video card replacement... damage. Mo image, lines a lines all around the monitor.

I returned the hardware back to BFG more than three (3) weeks ago. I call them last week and the guy told me that he cannot track the card since he do not have access to the warehouse. "Call us tomorrow...". I called and got exhausted because of the lenghty waiting time.

Right now I do not were the heck is my video card.
This is with out doubt, the Ultimate Mediocrity of Service.
