Bed Bath & Beyond - Exceptional Customer Service

The heating element failed in my two year old Keurig K-Cup coffee maker. I really like this product but was not anxious to spend another $150 to replace it. Figuring that I had no recourse and no receipt I contacted Bed Bath & Beyond anyway. To my surprise they said just bring it in and we'll replace it with no charge. Sweet!!! True to their word customer service took back the broken one and I walked out with a brand new one totally free. Not every store would do this and I commend them for treating the customer right. They have earned my business and I will definitely shop there again.

I've always received good service at our local Bed, Bath and Beyond, as well. It's nice to have a retailer that still wants to treat consumers right in order to keep their business!

Actually, if you had contacted Keurig directly, they would also have replaced it. They really stand behind their products.
