SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA -- I go to Shawnee Wal Mart a lot, am handicapped, and need the electric carts, but the last three or four times I have been there, the carts are not charged and it has been around 9:45 AM. Sat Feb 2 I was there and there were 7 carts on charger and a sign on them will be ready at around 1 or 1:30

My daughters have pushed me to the counter to check out the night shift is not plugging them in and also I had to use a push cart to get me to where I wanted to go and needed to sit down and no place to sit except over in the grocery dept which is a long ways to go.

I got what I wanted in the pharmacy and left and went to Fire lake and got over a $100.00 worth of groceries. Their carts were charged and ready to go and it was busy cause it was pay day for people on Social Securtity and also the food stamps.

Came in tired of not having carts charged. Night shift don't do nothing about putting them on charger. At least they could have benches closer together, so ya can sit and catch your breath. I wasn't the only one complaing about the carts not being charged.

Talked to a man said he was going to call Bentenville about it. He had two heart attacks and needed one, said he has left his cart full of groceries and left, better get the lazy night shift to get carts charged, cause the next time I go and all say will be ready will go else where K marts, any where but to your store,

are you able to get a cart for yourself through your insurance? this way you do not have to depend on retailers having carts charged up

Those carts are provided as a courtesy and you should not depend on them. If you require a motorized cart to do your shopping, you really should buy your own. If you cannot afford one, your insurance may cover it, and some scooter stores will work with you on payment.
