Hotel Reservation - Complaint

FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA -- We booked a room with two double beds for four adults in a 4 star hotel. We ended up in a room with a king bed and a sofa bed.
I called customer service and spoke Hotwire.com of 20 min with the department supervisor.
They refused to tranfer me to another hotel, to reimburse me, offering me a inconvenience discount. NOTHING. NOTHING. NOTHING. For them, the room responded to what I had booked and a SOFA BED is a bed SUITABLE for two adults in a four stars.
NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HOTWIRE. COM - IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY DISAPPOINTING AND DO ANY HELP THE CUSTOMER. 0/10
