Whirlpool Dryer - Complaint

FREMONT, CALIFORNIA -- I buy a Whirlpool dryer from Sears in 2011. After the manufacturer warranty expired I bought Sears protection plan. Now a month ago something went wrong with my dryer so I called the Sears service. After one week they sent a technician from Pay Less Appliances. He looked at at the dryer and said a part needs to be replaced. Since then I am waiting for the part but to no avail. I am calling them everyday but they are not giving any reasonable answer. I am waiting since almost a month.
