Boston Market - I'll Make My Own Choice, Thank You !

Food And Condiment Limitations - Complaint

1242 LITIZ PIKE, PENNSYLVANIA -- At 12:22 p.m. Today, Feb. 6, 2013,I went to Boston Market store # 1585. I was told that their ploicy limits the size of a soft drink to 32 ounces. When I sat down after paying for my meal there was a sign where the salt was suppose to be that said, "where's the salt shaker? Salt shakers are available at the beverage station, their new home, as Boston Market focuses on reducing sodium while delivering the same great taste." *** What ! *** You must be joking!

As an adult of 67, and a Viet Nam veteran and former marine, who like every other military member, fought for our freedoms that our government and now, Boston Market are trying to take away from us.

As an American, I will drink and eat *** anything,*** " I damm well please !" This is America and *** I *** will decide what and how much I eat ! *** *** Not the gov't or Boston Market ! ***

Calm down. They didn't tell you that you couldn't have salt. They just moved the shakers to try to make people think twice about their sodium intake. And if all they want to sell is a 32oz drink that is their right. You also have the right not to eat there if you don't want to.

Tezrien could not have said it better...many people are concerned about their salt intake, and for good reason. They just moved it.

Geez calm down no one said you couldn't have salt they just moved it which I like because in my house we don't keep salt at the table. It's their right to do what they want with the salt and anything else they choose..It's your right as an American to not go there any more..

I never use 'public' salt shakers if they are the type that can easily be opened by anyone...who knows what some nutcase might put in them???

All you need to do is go to the beverage area and get the salt, they moved it but didn't eliminate the ability to use more if you wished. As far as the 32 oz limit on the drinks, they can sell whatever sizes they wish and you can make the choice to buy more than one drink if you wish to drink more than the largest size they have, a bit pricier I admit, which may be part of their intention. As posted earlier, you can also choose elsewhere to eat if you don't like the policies in place.

I don't need the twerps at Boston Market to be my nanny. Yeah, I'm going to take life coaching from a bunch of pinheads who can't even get rotisserie chicken right. Boston Market can kiss my pork butt.

Simo thank you for your service to our country and eh you're 100% right on this one.

Most fast food places do not have salt on the table, you have to ask for it.
