Neopost - Pathetic customer service

TEXAS -- It is absolutely pitiful that anyone has to be on hold for 20 minutes or more in order to get someone to come on line. So help me, I'll be actively looking for another company to replace Neopost. I'd rather buy multitudes of stamps and lick and stick rather than put up with a company that can't seem to take care of their people. Reminds me of the current government.

I emailed twice and never got a response. Your message on the phone talks about how prompt you'll be on responding. You definitely need to take that off the message, because it is so not true.
