NEW MEXICO -- I have been with T Mobile since 1998 and before when it was VoiceStream. My phone service and that of my children's were disconnected. 1) I called T mobile and made a promise to pay. I kept my promise. T Mobile said that the payment was posted the following day. I have copies and date stamp on the payment in question as proof that it was made on time. I am still being charged for reconnection fees on 5 phones after numerous attempts and many hours wasted. 2) Also, interesting to note that I cannot login to T Mobile's "Community Support". No where to complaint online. 3)I was sent parts of a phone to replace ones that was not working (taking random pictures). The phone started working and I returned it when it finally died. I was charged $230.00 because I returned a damaged phone late. T Mobile will credit my account only if I sign a 2 year contract. 4) Multiple problems that wastes at least 2 hours being switched from India to the states and back.

I am confused. Did you leave something out. If you were disconnected for non-payment, why would you not expect reconnect charges?
