COLUMBUS, OHIO, OHIO -- An employee of Public Storage dumped (yes dumped) personal documents relating to Public Storage accounts in a neighborhood park in Columbus Ohio. Not only was this littering and an insult to the community involved, but it compromised such sensitive data as license numbers, account information, names and addresses. Public Storage has since been stone walling all attempts at accountability. I was even told that [snip] was just simply too busy to address this problem. I would be very careful about using a company that has such low accountability standards.

Did you take photos? If you have some sort of proof of this, you might want to see if your local media is interested in doing a story.
