Garage-toys.com Informative - Lousy customer service at garage-toys.com

I emailed garage-toys.com with a question about a product they had that I was thinking of ordering. I got no response. I emailed twice more over a month or more. No response. When I threatened to file a complaint, I got a response directing me try the manufacturer with my question. I had actually already tried that and the manufacturer, like garage-toys.com, had not responded to my query, which was a reasonable one. After emailing one more time garage-toys did look at the label of the product for the desired information but it wasn't there.

Responding to customers' emails is not too much to ask of a mail-order company. Something seems to be wrong here.

It never ceases to amaze me when people threatened to file a complaint against a company they, not only have never done business with, but never even had contact with.
