The ad shows a very nice cheeseburger with caramelized onions. In reality you could barely find any onions. They should explain to the help how it's done.

You will never see a fast food burger look as good as its picture. The model version is put together by actual professional artists who make big bucks doing that. The real things are put together by minimum wage workers who have to churn out 100 burgers an hour or else. They don't have time to make it pretty.

If you have a problem at Wendy's, you should post your concern on their Facebook page; they are very fast to respond and make an effort to rectify the problem. I am not a fan of Wendy's, but I did eat their a few weeks back and of course my drive-thru order was not correct (big surprise); I posted on Facebook and within 4 hours had a response and a coupon for a replacement meal on its way.
