ERIAL, NEW JERSEY -- My dishwasher would not drain, I called Maytag and under the warranty I purchased, they subcontracted A&E Service repair. I scheduled a date and they gave me a window time of 1-5pm, which is common for pretty much any kind of service repair. It was getting closer to the end of the window time so I placed a call to their 800 number where I had scheduled through, I know I was not calling in the "USA", now I am thinking they are not going to show up and I took the day off of work, within 15 minutes I received a call from the tech "Mike" saying he was on his way.

He arrived about 30 minutes later exactly at the end time of my window frame.....very polite came in asked what was going on with the dishwasher, explained what happened and let him know I had done some research and though it was the drain pump and or impellers (I am a female so he probably thought I was crazy), he turned it on and heard the noise and said "it's the drain pump". He went to his truck and came back with the new pump, removed the old one and found that the impellers also were broken down (I only run it maybe 2x weekly??) replaced the pump cleaned up and was done in about 40 mins.

I am very happy with the service I received with this company and will not be afaid to use them again if needed!!
