Directv - Problems With DirecTv?

Damaged Equipment & Poor Service - Complaint

DAYTON, OHIO -- I just learned about My3cents.com. In my opinion, Direct Sate (Installers) and DirecTv are the worse companies I’ve every have to deal with. Direct Sate (Installers) installed their equipment on 1/29/2012 and two of our three DVD/CD players stop working. DirecTv representative state that Direct Sate (Installers) is responsible for the damaged equipment and DirecTv representatives stated it was a bad installation. Bottom line neither companies will accept responsibility for replacing our personal or repairing their equipment to have viewing capabilities.

In addition, since DirecTv was installed we have not had 30 days of uninterrupted service. On an average of 2-3 times per month a service technician is in our home. We have had 3 genie boxes replaced and as of today our next scheduled service call is on 2/15/13 because the problems have not been resolved since 11/29/2012. Oh! I forgot to mention the monthly bill doesn’t change. We must continue to pay the same amount each month with or without service.
