Direct Tv - Terribly Disappointing!

Over Charged Refund

LONGMONT, COLORADO -- I like Direct TV and always had good customer service. Recently tho they overcharged me and when I called them to refund it they told me "ok in 7 to 10 days minimum!" I was floored it took them 5 minutes to get the money out but then to return the money they overcharged it takes them days!!! Right now I'm on a really strict budget and thats unacceptable especially since it was over 200 bucks!!

Don't get direct TV not reasonable!

It sounds like you had automatic billing so they had direct access to you account. Big Mistake. Now you have the aggravation to get your money back for what they over charged you. To add insult to injury they make you wait another 10 days. Would it be acceptable if Direct TV had to wait an additional 10 days for payment? I don't think so.
