Pizza Hut - Bad Pizza

REGO PARK, NEW YORK -- We were with our family and ordered a pizza. Then, we got our pizza but it was burnt. We asked for another pizza, but it was made all wrong with the wrong toppings and was a medium, not a large. Also we didn't get our money back.

I can't wait for the complaint from the people who got the pizza meant for you. Someone mixed up the orders. Call the store and tell them.

I'm curious as to why the OP wasn't able to get their money back? Especially after two mistakes.
