Wal-Mart - Poor Service and Disrespect

NORFOLK, VIRGINIA -- I had to make 3 trips to the Tidewater Drive store to get a prescription filled. One person was on the phone when asked the price and she yelled loud that it was $283.00. She never looked my way. By the way, her name is Anya.
The pharmacist never bothered to look up to see what was be saying. I was being over charged for the medication and in order to get the right meds and correct price I had to call the Doctor's office and have them call to get the right meds and right price.
I have always patronized Wal-Mart, but after this incident I am having my prescriptions filled elsewhere. Maybe one day someone will be able to get your stores in order.
