Netspend SUCKS

Netspend sucks!! They don't know English! they mess up your money and don't help at all!! worse decision I ever made was using Netspend for my business transactions! I am closing my accounts and I will never do busines with them again, I CANT STAND THEM THEY NEED TO LEARN ENGLISH!
