Rooms to go - Warranty and Customer Service

NORTH CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA -- I added a 2 year warranty to my sectional. Didn't had it for 2 years yet. Buttons are coming off the pillows. I called them and a service tech came out. His customer service was the worst I ever experience. One of the buttons that were hanging he didn't even fix that one. No papers for me to sign with a bad attitude. Rooms to go called with a follow up. They told me it wasn't part of my warranty. I will never purchase anything from Rooms To Go again.

The problem with warranties for stuffed furniture and beds is that they rarely seem to cover the problem that you have. Thanks for letting us know.
