Jennifer Leather - Poor quality, Don't stand by their guarantee

YONKERS, NEW YORK -- I purchased a leather coach and love seat from Jennifer Leather, and got the extended warranty. A few months later I started getting cracks on my coach, but not my sofa. I called the company to let them know that my coach started cracking. They sent someone to inspect it. I received a letter a few days later stating that cracks weren't covered. I only had this coach for 7 months!

I complained to customer service and sent me a 20% discount coupon which expired a month later. Great customer service. I am know out a little over two grands. I'll never buy a product from Jennifer Furniture again.

Cracks in new leather furniture are sometimes caused by too much topcoat being applied at the time of manufacture, this is not the common reason but is a possibility.

If your sofa/loveseat is in a area in which it receives direct sunlight it can cause the oils in the leather to dry prematurely and this will cause cracking - this is the most common reason for this issue.
