PEORIA, ILLINOIS -- Recently I contacted the electronic department at the local Walmart. Just wanted to show my appreciation to an outstanding employee on the other line named Louise. She was incredibly helpful, patient and thorough in helping me find what I was looking for. So after I got off the phone I thought about it for a moment decided to call back and get her name so I could reach her manager on a job well done. She of course humbly told me it wasn't necisary but I believe it is. So many places have horrible customer service and rude employees that it was nice to have a polite one so in closing thank you again so much LOUISE in electronics you made my night.
