Wal-Mart - Shelves Empty

Complaint

HENDERSON, KENTUCKY -- I have shopped at the local Wal-Mart since their opening a few years ago. It has gotten to the point that shelves are empty, one of the most unfriendly stores I visit, cashiers act like that don't want to be there, cannot find anyone to help with a problem/finding an item, personal appearance of workers does not present a professional image, etc. Wal-Marts in surrounding communities are clean, people and cashiers are friendly and you can find items you are looking for.

It's probably not an act. Oh I agree with you Walmart has gone down hill and fast. Dreadful, dreadful places walmarts are today.

The items brought up in your complaint appear to have be common at WalMart, though it is noted that you have experienced different elsewhere.

I avoid the offense to my senses by avoiding WalMart as much as possible. I'm just happier shopping elsewhere, even if I have to pay a little more. It's an economic thing - like opportunity cost. I pay more, and in exchange for a small amount of money I have the opportunity to have a much better experience. My .03
