BROOKLYN, NEW YORK -- I returned an ipad 4 on 1/11/13 and since it's more than $500, the refund will be sent as a check through the mail. Been told to wait 7-10 business days. On 1/25, since it more than 24 days, I called Best Buy, they told me to wait until the 2/11. On 2/14 I called again, they told me to wait another 2 weeks to process and 7-10 to mail. it is ridiculous for a refunds to take 2 months. They services sucks and I won't ever go to Best Buy Again.
