BARSTOW, CALIFORNIA -- I went into the store to get a ink replacement for my printer and the clerk had me swipe my card 5 times and each time she would void it and say I am so sorry after getting a manager I said one more time and then I am out of here. The manager said OH did you want me to just void it. The service in this store is getting worse by the day.

Could this be a problem with the card swipe machine? It sounds like were trying to get the transaction to go through, and you became discouraged and threatened to leave. I don't know what else they could have done at that point.
