Sears - Sorry Unit

ALABAMA -- We have had this unit for 7 years and every year we have to have it worked on our power bill runs 5-600.00 Every month when it is cold. This year when we had service man out he said put on emc heat and deal with it. So when it tore up again I told them to not send the one out here that's been out 2 doz times. Before they sent a new one he told us it needed 3 things but the one it really needs the most is a compressor. It scolded like it was not going to last much longer. He would be here 7-10days. Got a call today wants to send old guy out with no compressor. Said it was not ordered so we got skewed once again by sears. Like always they been out here about 15-20 times in 7 years have 3 more years under warranty and will never do business with sears again and don't want no one else to go through with what we went through.
