Morton Farms - Pinnacle Support Sucks

KONXVLILE, TENNESSEE -- I purchased Avid video editing software from Pinnacle about 5 months ago. They sold to Corel. I simply want to download the product again and there is absolutely NO support. Tried to contact them and they tell me to contact Corel support. Tried to contact Corel about this - and there is no way to do so!

Don't purchase this software and don't do business with Corel!

Corel provides warranty support for 90 days from the date of registration. They have self help type support available on their website www.corel.com. Additionally paid support is offered if needed. Best of luck with your situation.
