AT&T Corruption

DSL Speed - Complaint

FORT LAUDERDALE -- ATT has been slamming my 3MG DSL speed down lower than .70 MB at times ever since they took over Bell South: Nonetheless, they go up on my monthly charges regularly, not only but there is at least an additional 10.00 to 20.00 and even more hidden additional charges subject to depute on my monthly bill. A total corruption of its highest magnitude!

Note that I never ever had any problems when I was with Bell South!

I don't see where corruption is involved, but I can understand how this is frustrating. ATT DSL began a policy of throttling bandwidth for high usage accounts in 2011 if I recall correctly. It is likely noted in the terms of your user agreement.

I don't believe you mean a speed of 70MB. 70MB isn't a speed, but 70 megabytes of data. Perhaps the amount of data you can download in a given time period is being limited.

My guess, like leet60, is that what is happening is spelled out in your contract. How is this "corruption"?
