Netspend Is Ridiculous

TEXAS -- I have a card and it was blocked I have tried for the last four days. I have faxed all the documents they asked and I still haven't had my card unblocked. I will not be using Netspend ever again. As soon as I get my money I'm going to take it all out and cut up the card.

You should write a complaint to the CFPB, consumer financial protection bureau

I have been trying to get my money for about 4 days. They never sent me a permanent card but they sa id they did they froze my account were I couldn't use my money. So they said we will have to ask you three trick gyration and you have five second for each one. Well I missed one and they said I would have to send some of my bills to show who I am. Then I did this and they that wasn't good enough. So I told them to send back to my job. That was the only way I knew I would get the money back. Now I wait one more week to get my money. Power is going to get cut off car payment is due. Don't have any money. And this is netspend will leave you. Scam
