Unbelievable bad service.
They lied about the date of delivery so as to sell their product. I specifically asked for an exact date of delivery. The order was placed over two weeks ago. The shipment, worth over $2000, was supposed to arrive a week ago. When I called, a day after it should have been delivered, to inquire where my shipment was, they replied that it had actually left that same day (a week late). It is a week later and the shipment has not arrived. When I called to complain and ask that a letter of apology be sent to the company for their incompetence, they hung up the phone on me. I just hope that the shipment is in good conditions, because if that is how they deal with a tardy shipment, I can’t imagine what they will do if there is an actual problem with the furniture itself.
Since placing the order, I have had to wait an average of 15 to 20 minutes on hold so as to speak to a representative and when they answer they are so rude, its scary.
