PENNSYLVANIA -- Website price info not transparent. Disclaimer invalidates any prices. Large signs on door and windows for February foot long specials not being honored. First and last purchase for me, and not interested in free cookie booby prize.

It says on the website that the promotion is only on certain footlong's. If you ordered a sandwich not included in the promotion, then I can see why the promotion wasn't honored. A little more info is needed here. it would be helpful to know what you ordered.

samanthasmom...when at store and buying no website disclaimers are visible, only large promo signs.

Since Subway is a franchise operation, there is no law that they must take part in national promotions. We live in Lewis County, WA, and none of the Subways here (all owned by the same person) honor the national five dollar foot long promotions. To get those, we have to drive to Rochester, in Thurston County. I have mentioned this to the managers, and they have an attitude of, "We don't have to, so we ain't gonna."
