Rooms to Go - Upset!!!!

I ordered two bar stools and only got one set of tools to set up one of them. I called and they said they would send the other set. I have not received them two weeks later. I have tried calling and no one will answer. I have one bar stool set up and the other is sitting in my kitchen unattached. I am VERY unhappy with their customer service. This is ridiculous! I paid good money for TWO bar stools and only have one to sit in.
