SAN CLEMENTE, CALIFORNIA -- Went online, found a great sofa sleeper. Ordered it from WendyUSA.com. Didn't arrive until weeks later. Driver unpacked it and set it down in Living Room. Didn't use it for weeks (no visitors). When my visitor arrived I found that the bed springs at the top of the bed (where the pillow is) did not lay flat, constantly in a reclining position. Called WendyUSA straight away. They suggested that I put the sofa into my car and drive it up to El Monte! I am 70 and disabled. They now ignore all of my emails. Update: Received an email today saying that they refuse to deal with the problem UNLESS I take the sofabed up to El Monte.

Learn from me, don't deal with this awful company.
