Lap Top - Complaint

DALLAS, TEXAS -- Please know that once you leave CONNS store you are no longer important. I purchased a lap top for my son plus I paid $299.00 for a warranty. The lap top crashed after 8 months. I took it to the store and after 1 week with no call I decided to call. Got the run around and lied to over and over. After 3 weeks I was told to go to the store and pick up a new lap top. Well they no longer had the one I purchased and the one I was told to get wasn't available either. I had two choices...either re-apply for a higher computer or get one at a lower price...I went with the lower price one..but here comes the great part about that. Just because I went with the lower one did not mean I would get credit for the difference which was $200.00...that just meant I have a computer and lost my money...

They are the worst ever and I tried to stick it out. After 15 years it is a bitter divorce!!!!

Pissed as hell in Texas!

Something about doing business with a place called "Conns" that leaves one wondering, should I be giving these clowns money? Good reviews like this one can answer that question.
