I am pretty fussy about the jeans that I wear. They have to be comfortable, wear well and withstand repeated washing. Up until now my favorite has been Levi's 550 relaxed fit retailing for $58.00. I can usually find them on sale in the forty dollar range. Recently while shopping at Costco I spotted a pair of Kirkland jeans for $13.95. My first thought was they have to junk for that price. Upon closer inspection they were made of heavy denim, seemed well made and had a relaxed fit. Costco has an easy return policy if I'm dissatisfied.
After washing them there was very little shrinkage and they fit perfectly. Repeated wear and washings have had little effect. The quality is as good as the higher priced name brand jeans. These are not designer jeans, the "Kirkland" label is on the back pocket advertising that you didn't over pay. So what, you got a great value. My wife has found that the women's clothing offers an equal value. Check it out.
