Kyocera Cell Phones - Refund Refused

Kyocera Refund Policy - Complaint

SARASOTA, FLORIDA -- This 89 year young disabled veteran tried to return Kyocera Cellphone same shop I bought it as unable to use. Refund refused on pretext refunds given ONLY if it includes original packing case. I had all the equipment INCL instruction booklet.

This warning was NOT given, NOT at all, when I bought the Kyocera.

Any remedy possible?

I believe that you will not be able to make the return unless you have all the original packaging.
I also believe that you were not told about the need for packaging if / when a return were to be made.
You may possibly be able to get the manager of the store to respond and accept a limited refund, if you hound them, or go to corporate website, or recoup some money by reselling the phone yourself.
I wish you had had a better experience.

I didn't even know that Kyocera was even made anymore.

I believe if you read all the paperwork that came with your phone it says somewhere under returns that you need all the original packaging in order to return the phone.
