Florist Express - Unreliable!
Flower/Gift delivery - Complaint

NEW YORK -- I ordered flowers/gift for my girl thru Proflowers and for some reason this stupid and unreliable Florist Express was supposed to be taking care of and process the order. Placed the order couple days before feb14 and paid extra to make sure it will be delivered exactly on Valentine's day but she didn't get anything. Called them and they told me they will deliver the next day(which was feb15) but still she DID NOT get anything! So frustrating that they ruined my surprise for my girl twice!!!

Sadly, these kinds of complaints surface every flower holiday, against all the major 800 and internet companies.
Personally, I call a florist local to the delivery address, and arrange over the phone for delivery of an arrangement verbally described to me. It isn't as sexy as seeing a picture online, but it is a whole lot more reliable from what I read. I've never had an issue.
