Virgin Mobile - Making A Complaint On Why Service Was Stopped

CHICAGO, KENTUCKY -- This statement is to Virgin mobile. I had my phone service on since I had got my replacement phone in early this month. And what I had done was contact Virgin mobile tech rep for information on how I was to send my phones I had that was not working right to be checked and tested. There was two phones that I sent to Virgin mobile, the Opitimus elette and Opitimus slider. I did check to see if your company had received it and the reps told me it was received. I am sending this statement to Virgin mobile, so that I can get my phone service on again and be a good customer again, so please get back with me.
