McDonalds - Rude Employees Chewing Out Customers
Ordering Coffee at Drive-Through - Complaint

OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLAHOMA -- Restaurant #7856 at Council and Northwest Expressway in Oklahoma City. I have been totally chewed out by 3 different employees for not ordering creamer and sweetener packets when I place a coffee order at the drive-through. If I forget and then ask for it when I'm actually getting my coffee, they freak out and give me a pretty rude lecture. I started video taping my experiences with them because they are so rude. Whatever happened to treating the customer with respect. Sometimes I do follow their "rules" when ordering coffee and they forget to pass it on to the final window and I STILL get CHEWED OUT.
Now when I go to this drive-through, I usually have to put up with employees laughing at me and making very 'quick' and rude comments that I can't totally hear. I'm afraid to file a complaint because you have to provide name, phone number and address and I'm afraid of retribution.

Try personally contacting them via McDonalds Corp., 1855 Veterans Park Drive, Naples, FL 34109 (anonymous note?) or by calling [239] 591-8008. If you can get a human, maybe you can explain why you don't wish to identify yourself.

I used to live in Surrey Hills so I'm well aware of this McDonald's. I didn't much care for them then and it looks like nothing has changed. If it were me I'd simply quit going to this McDonalds.

I would go inside and ask for the manager....and if you are brushed off, get back at them by calling the health dept to do a surprise inspection of that store.
